I performed as a Team Manager of a Formula Student team, Trident Racing DKTE. I managed a team of 25 members, and as a result performed the following tasks: > Arranging recruitment drives to ensure the best possible candidates were recruited into our team. > Setting up effective lines of communication to enable transparent information sharing. > Organising Knowledge Sharing sessions with subject experts and various alumni to aid the current team. > Allocating resources based on the requirements of a particular task. > Assisting the Technical Lead in delegating tasks based on team members' strengths to increase the team's productivity. > Communicating with the event organisers to ensure the team receives all allocated resources on time. > Creating and growing a network of student and industrial contacts within the Formula Student community to aid mutual growth. > Ensuring effective project timeline allocation and execution by using the AGILE methodology on a primitive level. > Acquiring & Nurturing a robust network of industrial aid via a Sponsor Network.
