Engineered features to enhance the order journey for buyers, improving user experience and driving increased customer satisfaction. Implemented automated payment processes within our user interface, ensuring efficient and error-free seller transactions. This enhancement significantly improved transaction timeliness and reliability. Achieved 100% adoption rate, resolving approval delays and ensuring seamless transactions. Designed and implemented a micro-frontend architecture to significantly enhance scalability and streamline deployment of user interface platforms. Improved responsiveness and conducted a proof of concept (POC) to develop a shared component library, utilized across our user platforms.

Banner Management: Onboard users on external credit systems through banners, which target specific user groups/zones.

Enhanced search experience for users to find recipes for meal-logging using elastic search (live on Sova Health android app). Worked on nutritional label parser where customers can upload images of their product and can have real-time feedback whether the product is Sova recommended or not. (snack-Xray on https://app.sova.health/). Integrated Strapi(headless content management system) to the existing application through APIs to empower product store and content for the website. Migrated the existing application to microservices to enhance fault-tolerant capacity, enable horizontal scaling, and restrict access of data to a particular service.

Designed components for webpages using React, Redux, SASS, and tools like Storybook for testing. Worked on the development of a design system to enhance cross-platform consistency and enable the reusability of components.
